How much milk and how often are you giving your LO milk each day? Cows or breastmilk?

Still breastfeeding. LO has drastically cut down on feeds lately though. He’s becoming so independent it hurts my heart! 😔😩😢 
His feed schedule is 1x in the morning 
Again at his afternoon nap to sleep
And again at night time. 
Of course there are those random times throughout the day he latches on just for a small snacky poo. Haha I am a huge advocate of self-weaning and also extended breastfeeding. He has already started to self-wean. I Am letting him lead the way!

About 16-20oz of soy per day. She does eat soy yoghurt as well sometimes, and likes daiya and chow cheese. And she still hops on the boob each day but they aren’t giving her much of anything anymore.

No milk at all only water. She has vegetables High in calcium as well as cheese and yogurt. My daughter never liked milk and the Dr said not to force it so we didn’t and she’s perfectly healthy!!
