Changing Programs halfway through

I’m currently halfway through a hospitality management program but have realized I hate it and don’t want to finish it.

Instead I have realized I want to pursue Human Resource management and want to transfer programs.

Only issue is that I’m very concerned that my parents will be very upset about not finishing my original program

Any advice or suggestions on how to deal with this would be greatly appreciated!
