Dip at 3 dpo..

Hi all.. Currently ttc#2.. Temping first time this cycle..Today I had a dip in my chart and negative opk. .. Am 3 dpo (CD 14) as per fertility friend..Glow says 1 dpo..Is it normal? Also in this cycle, I had three days positive opk from CD 11 to CD 13....Really confusing.. Can anyone see the chart and give suggestion pls...I am following SMEP this cycle..
