Itching outside vagina?

I've had this itching on the outer lips of my vagina for a few months now. Also outside my bum hole. It's worse when things are sweaty / humid. Visually it all looks normal except when I scratch so much that it creates little sores. I don't know what it could be and I'm too shy to go to the doctor. STDs are not on the table, virgin with no sexual activity of any sorts. It hasn't spread anywhere and it's really on this one spot on both lip and outside my bum. Have any of you been through the same? 😔😔
