Newbie here. TTC #1, please tell me what helped you get pregnant fast. Thank you

It took me a year to get pregnant.. I tried everything - tracking ovulation with opks, using preseed, using fertility tea, using fertility supplements for my husband and me, timing sex, and so on. 
We took a break from actively trying for a few months, and I got pregnant. We had sex twice the entire month I got pregnant. I think what helped was just being relaxed.

Use opks and temp to confirm ovulation and you will know your cycle better. Start there. It can take a Healthy couple about a year
