Sharp poking/pinching feeling right above the pubic bone on my right side...(It comes and goes)

Cramping for a few days

Nauseous

Exgtremely bloated

**been pregnant 4 times, 2 were live births**

Does this sound promising?

AF is due around tomorrow/Friday
