Sex once a month while ttc

Hey everyone ! I’m new here , so

I’m wondering if it’s practical to have sex once on or before , ovulation day and if anybody has conceived by only have sex once a month on them days .. due to our schedules we don’t really have much time and I’m curious to if it’s worked out for anybody before!!
