Litterbox smell

Okay so ive had this cat for about a week. I usually keep her litterbox clean but lately i been alittle busy. She ended up using the bathroom on the carpet last night. Today i changed the litter abd cleaned up her mess. Does anyone know how to get rid of the smells?
