Any ex smokers that can offer words of advice

I’ve been smoking cigarettes since I was 14. I know that sounds bad but please don’t come at me I genuinely need help and advice. I didn’t really feel addicted to them until I was 17 and got head high after head high. I am 21 now and I have been smoking one cigarette a day for the past week. Which is significant improvement from me smoking 1 1/2 packs a day. But because I’m not smoking cigarettes I’m smoking off of an electric cigarette and I feel like I’m putting even more nicotine in my body with not as much satisfaction. My boyfriend smokes so it doesn’t help. The longest I’ve ever gone without cigarettes since I was 14 was 4 days and its because I was high off my ass the whole time. What can I do to help myself. I started working out and had to be put on asthma medication so it’s kinda just really depressing. Any advice or help would be so kind ❤️🥺
