I’m in the US and I would guess July. No concerts or festivals though. And we will probably go into another shutdown through the fall/winter.

I’m in Atlantic Canada... some provinces are talking about beginning to loosen restrictions in early May. So depends on what kind of non-essential worker you are. People who work in retail shops (clothing, etc) and restaurant/pub servers will definitely be the last to go back to work. Offices that can accommodate social distancing will likely be amongst the first.
