Just wanted some advice....
I had my 2nd miscarriage on 28th September :-( and have been waiting for my next period, well it finally arrived this evening and now I'm looking at starting to track my BBT and doing OPKs to really hit my ovulation and give us the best chance of conceiving and hopefully with a sticky baby this time! So my question is how do I track my BBT properly, how often shall I do OPKs and do I start doing the OPKs as soon as my period stops? Shall I start tracking my BBT from tomorrow morning? I know I probably won't tell much from my BBT this month but it's good to practice and learn! We have also bought some concieve plus so what are your reviews? Im currently taking prenatal vitamins and have been for several months. Any other tips? Thanks in advance xxx
