Tips on conceiving?

Question

My husband and I have been trying to convince on and off about 1.5 years (we took a few months off when I switched jobs) and now I am tracking my ovulation each month but was curious if anyone had any tips or tricks that helped them conceive? 
We haven’t been to the doctor and I’m due for an annual exam so I plan to ask more at the appointment but just curious if anyone from here had any tips! 🙇🏻‍♀️

We also tried for a year and half. Used OPKs and had sex in the fertile window. Husband and I both did testing with no answers. I finally got pregnant last month, and it was the first month that we used Preseed the day before I ovulated.

So sounds gross, but we put pillows under my butt after and let gravity kind of do
It’s thing. We went to a fertility specialist and they said try it🤷🏼‍♀️ worked two times so far 🤪
