6 weeks and bleeding

I’ve been cramping and lightly bleeding since Monday. The colors change, light pink and brown, now darker brown with red. No clots or anything on my pad but when I wipe it’s there. I have an appointment tomorrow at one but I just feel like something is wrong. Has anyone had this and been okay?
