What does your baby eat?

My lo is 7.5 months old and has been eating purées sand oatmeal since 4 months. I give her the puffs and she loves tho. I tried peas super smushed and didn’t want it. What should I do for breakfast lunch and dinner ? Do I just keep giving her purées or real food? I dont know. Help!

You need to let her try it for herself. I will cut everything up small for my son and put it on his tray to eat and then help him with a sippy cup of water in between and maybe at the end help him. Let them play with the food and they will get it don’t worry.

We have done a lot of purées, that we make ourselves. Sweet potato, butternut squash, veggies, various fruits, avocado, we mix in peanut butter with the fruits. 
We have given her shredded chicken, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, she tried salmon today. 
We are trying yogurt & cottage cheese next. 
She doesn’t eat a ton of any of it though. We give 1.5 oz at lunch and another 1.5 oz at dinner.

We do both. She eats basically every type of puree and then a variety of real foods. Tonight she ate pizza. She has had her bothers teddy grahams, peanut butter cookies, strawberries, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, etc. Basically anything we have she can try.
