Pcos??

I have pcos, I’ve been trying for a baby for almost 2 years. I get period symptoms 2 weeks before my period so I know when my period is coming, horrible back pain and cramps. My period is in 6 days but no sign of AF at all which is really weird to me. I also have lotion like cm which I’ve also never had long than a day (day 4 of lotion cm) and all my opks have been positive. I have negative test but it would make sense because I’m still 6 more days until a period. Could this be pregnancy?
