So my husband and I have been trying for our first baby. I came off the pill in January, so I know it’s not been that long. But I’ve come off the pill before (a few times, as I liked my body to have regular breaks from it) and never quite had cycles like this.

My cycle is usually clockwork. But I’ve been starting my period days earlier than I should, I’ve been spotting during my cycle which has never happened before. But I’m also not pregnant. Has anyone else experienced this? I wouldn’t be worried if this was normal for my body, but as I said I’ve never had irregular periods or anything. They’ve always been every 28 days for 5 days, for as long as I can remember.
