Pregnant, it can be anything? Wet? Slippery? Etc.

So if I'm 12dpo (waiting on Amazon to deliver my hpts) and I'm pretty wet and sticky... and not seeming to dry up... that must mean AF is not on the way? And I'm gonna test positive?! Lmao
