If you have had a membrane sweep, did it work?

Getting a membrane sweep at almost 38w (if I'm dilated enough) and hoping it works. Feel free to share experiences!

Mine grew back. Yes it can do that.

I had it done with my 2nd daughter at 39 weeks. I had contractions the rest of that day and went into labor that night. She was born early the next morning. It will only work if the baby and your body are ready though.

I had a membrane sweep on Thursday and gave birth to my daughter on Saturday, two days before her due date. I also tried nipple stimulation with a manual breast pump so I don't know exactly what had more influence in starting my labor.

Mine didn't work and when the dr went in to sweep again he broke my water lol
