4dpo temp drop
So I received my confirmed ovulation day today but also got a drop in temp.
Any thoughts? Last cycle my temps remained elevated before AF came.
This morning I had extremely bad left side pain that woke me up out of my sleep. It didn’t last very long (a few minutes) & I can’t really explain the feeling...a sharp stabbing cramp maybe?
I posted in ovusenue group on fb but I seem to not get a great response
