One sided cramping after peak opk?? Help!

Question

So I got my peak opk on the 19th after 4 days of getting a high reading. Now today I'm having some fairly painful one side cramping, I notice it more while I'm walking around today at work. So I guess my question is.. can you get that one.sided cramping after ovulation or am I maybe ovulating right now?

I always get this when I am actually ovulating. It’s my sure way of knowing. Baby dust

You could be ovulating. Ovulation is in 12-48 hours after positive. If your not temping to confirm ovulation your ovulation day and dpo can be off
