Last period was Feb 9th

So, I’ve been feeling flutters, cramping lightly, pressure and tightness of my stomach, back pain, and flush in my face. I don’t have an test and I had these ovulations test. What could this mean?! I never get positive preg test so not sure what’s going on. I’m bloated and I swear I’m pregnant but just don’t know. Need some input or advice.
