Conceive plus pills and egg white discharge 4dpo

Hey so my conceive plus pills came In after my period ended on the 8th I started taking

Them on the 9th, I ovulated on the 19th.

Had ovulation pain, on my left side the egg white cervical Mucus . Had sexual everyday pretty much after my period up until yesterday but after the ovulation pain I’ve been cramping lightly ever since with the exception of lights tingly cramps on my lower left side . I know it’s too early for conception and implantation. But today I wiped n saw egg white discharge . I’m lost idk what that means I ovulated already and AF isn’t due until 10 days from now. Anyone have any idea what it means ?!? Please Help 🙏🏽
