I'm around 7 weeks. I used the restroom and notice a spot of blood when I wiped. It was only a dot and when I wiped again there was nothing. It's my first pregnancy and I feel I am probably over reacting but I just want reassured. Yesterday I started with even more sensitive nipples and morning sickness so I felt my pregnancy was progressing correctly. I'm home alone and worried. It really was a tiny pink dot but I dont know..
