I have bad anxiety and sometimes acute depression and will be registering my dog as an emotional support dog. But he is a puppy. Can I still register him or does he have to be of a certain age?

Make sure dog has a vest, updated on shots, registered and trained beyond just getting the prescription. It negatively affects disabled people with service dogs when people who have ESA do not have their dogs trained and still bring them into places. It's worth every penny to have everything done.

Yes. Just I'm moving and he's on a restricted breed list at the apartments. But he's the sweetest and well trained. Would they have to accommodate to let him stay?

Yes you can I got the same issues and I already own a dog my doctor gave me a note to keep him as a medical necessity I recently moved to a new complex and they didn't allow dogs but with this note I can keep him it helps so much to have as a companion

I think you can just register online no questions asked. Just know that emotional support dogs aren't allowed in all the same places other service dogs are.
