I’ve just taken more interesting logging CM texture and cervix position, but there’s some things I’m still unsure of. How high is high for cervix position like would I even be able to reach it? Also, this is my first time checking my cervix and it’s kind of difficult to differentiate between the nose feel and the lips feel when it’s all just wet (maybe I’m just overthinking it). Is there anyone that’s done this and have any tips or anything that I can learn from? Thank you
