Exercise!
How's everyone doing?! What exercise regimen are you doing during your pregnancy, if any at all? I'm a first time soon to be mom so I'm really trying to find my good limit when it comes to exercise. Right now I'm doing a spin class at 5:30 am 3 days a week! I love cycling, and I like that I can adjust what I do in class to make sure I don't push myself too much. So, what do you do or plan on doing? And for the experienced moms, what has worked for you as you get farther into the pregnancy?
