Implantation cramps?

I’m 9DPO today and I’ve just had mild af cramps that were to the right hand side. I also felt very heavy for these 5 minutes and felt like af was coming, I went to the toilet and no sign of her. 
I’m just wondering if this could have been implantation? 
Or what did your implantation pains feel like?

With my first I had strong implantation cramps that felt just like my period was coming, followed by some light spotting. With my second I had almost sharp, stabbing pains and no blood at all. 
Both times 48 hrs later I had a positive. So it could be!

So when I conceived my daughter I had implantation bleeding, it was literally a week before my expected period. I don’t remember having any physical symptoms other than that. I know a few days before my expected period I also had some dull cramps in my lower abdominal area. But it only happened when I laid down at night so I feel like it’s very hit or miss and different for everyone!
