Canceled birthday?

Born July 1st, I'm concerned we are not going to have a birthday party :-(
My state just extended closures until end of June.

We already decided not to have ours. Even if states lift restrictions, theres going to be a huge surge in nee cases and we dont want to risk any of us or our families getting sick. Depending on how bad it is well do a small immediate family group or just the 3 of us. It really sucks.

Have one at home. Staying safe — and helping others stay safe — is the priority. It will be beautiful and celebratory even if it’s just you! And baby won’t know what’s going on :)

We probably won't have one for out LO either. Honestly it's really not a huge deal they are too young to even understand what it's all about anyways. I've always thought parties for a one year old were kinda pointless.

My baby's birthday is July 9th and I think it's a big deal turning one. But I don't know if I want to cancel and just do something at our house or what. I'm in Georgia and our governor already opened some stuff back up today.

We are supposed to have our party July 25, but I'm afraid we are also going to have to cancel. I decided if they extend our stay at home order to the end of June it would be something we will have to consider, because even though they're letting people go out, Im sure it's not going to be completely safe for us to have a party. :( I'm heartbroken.

We are going to do a virtual party and get COVID decor if we have to cancel. When I mean COVID decor I mean caution tape, toliet paper, etc. I hope we can but want to still make it a happy day.
