One year old and speech

So looking to all my mommy’s out there who have a 13 month old. I’m struggling with figuring out how to get my daughter to speak more. I feel like so many things I read or see have their child speaking and pointing and saying what the object is. I put on educational shows and try my hardest to get her to sit and look through flash cards. She only likes to say mama, yay, or hey. The rest of her speech is just babble. Am I overthinking it or should I be worried?
