Metformin & progesterone ??

Just started these meds in October. .can these medications make me emotional?  I have been super emotional and moody... anybody experience this?

I've just started metformin and tbh I was more emotional before I took it. Was getting upset and frustrated with the ovulation tests being negative that when I finally went on metformin it was a relief. Sorry that's not much help. GL
