Me and my boyfriend aka baby’s father was thinking bout doing some hard drinking today but I’m breast feeding .. my baby don’t latch so I pump .. I was wondering if I drink and pump whenever I’m sober will they have alcohol in my breast milk ?

I'm just wondering how you're planning to take care of your child if you're both going to be "hard drinking"...that doesnt seem like a good idea. Especially while breastfeeding

Alochol actually does pass through the milk, its not just in your blood as another commentor said. It takes your body 1-2 hr pr 1 drink to break it down enough so its safe for baby, since it seems like you will be bindge drinking all day 1, just pump and dump until your body has had enough time to process all the alochol. So wait until tomorrow to give baby the breastmilk assuming your going to be drinking all day today and 2 have someone else csre for the child. Two drunk as fuck adults cant care for a baby.

If you can drive you can feed. Alcohol is a blood thing not a milk thing. Look up kellymom.com for recommendations. It’s helpful on the subject :) no need to pump and dump thatsan outdated myth

Once you are sober the alcohol won't be in your milk. Alcohol is not fat soluble so will only be in yiur milk as long as it's in your blood stream. Pump and dump until you are sure you are totally sober and even if you breastfed with a little alcohol in your system only 0.08% would pass through. 
Your gonna get alot a stick for this from moms, but bf ing is hard and you should be able to enjoy a drink and stick to it.

If your drinking just a couple of drinks then you should be fine still to breastfeed. 
If your sober enough to do anything your sober enough to feed! 
Now if you decided to get fucked up, that’s on you.. I hope someone will take care of that child while you guys are getting drunk. 🤦🏼‍♀️
