Weight gain help

I had a doctors appointment last week and there was some sugar in my urine and my blood pressure was slightly high ( for the first time in my life !) this is my 2nd pregnancy she told me just to mention this to the hospital on my next visit which is next week ( I’m in Ireland we see doctor every 2 weeks and consultant every 4 weeks ). This week I have also gained 4lbs in a week and up until now I was gaining about 1lb or so a week . I’m 31+3 weeks now . My last pregnancy I gained 16lbs the whole 40 weeks and baby was 7lbs! Pre pregnancy weight I was 131lbs im now 158lbs! Should I call my doctor again should I be worried ?
