Weight loss
Does anyone have tips for losing that stubborn pregnancy weight with low impact exercise? I’m three months pp and had a c section. I also have an old neck injury so some activities are out of the question. I gained sixty. I lost 35 right away but the last 25 are holding on. I guess that’s why the doctors tell you to only gain 30 or so! Feeling a bit discouraged and like my metabolism has slowed way down. Thanks all!
