Looks like slugs. Extremely seedy green breastfed poop

Is this amount of seedy/chunky poop normal? My son is 9 weeks old and is exclusively breastfed. He’s been having green poos for 6 weeks now, but the past week they have been extremely fatty?

Seriously looks like a pile of slugs to me.
