Cramps @ 6dpo?

Cramping, nausea, fatigue at 6 dpo after TTC. Implantation or pms?

Answer

I would say if it’s different than your norm it could possibly be implantation. When I was ttc my cramps would always start on 6 dpo followed by boob pain 3 days before my period. When I did conceive I didn’t get any cramps like I normally did and boob pain started way earlier like 7dpo versus 11 dpo
