Any other mamas tear . Are there any products you used to help curve the discomfort and pain ? I have 3 stitches so is that a very mild tare or a big one ? Also where do you tare at? My OB said I tore inside so where would that be ? And also how did y’all cope with your tearing ? What did you do to make it more comfortable to get through the 6 weeks and how fast did some of you heal? I need some reassurance mamas . I’m a first time mom & im not able to do a lot for my little one as I’m healing so fiancé obviously does his part and helps so I can focus on healing .
