Can I try almond or soy milk??

My son just turned one and I notice with whole milk he gets a lot of gas and sometimes throws it up. Could I try him on almond milk or soy milk. I don't know which one would be better

Pea milk has the most nutritional value out of any non dairy milks so that would be the 1st choice, but so long as he has a balanced diet you should be fine without milk or with a substitute of your choice, i find mixing them up of you cant get hold of pea works as each milk has different varieties of good vs bad nutrients so soya, almond, hemp, oat, coconut each week or so cx

My pediatrician recommended 2% just cause my daughter tends to get constipated. Maybe try that? I would steer clear of soy if able

Our pediatrician recommended soy since my daughter's had issues with dairy since birth. She's not a big fan of it though but we'll keep offering.

Soy is more nutritionally complete. Most almond milks have little to no protein. Make sure you do your research to pick what’s best for your family.
