Is dream feeding a good idea?!

Reposting to get more info. 😬 if you didn’t dream feed what time did you newborn go to bed and what did there night look like?

We went to bed around 9 then were up three times a night for the first several weeks. It gradually gets better but you cannot put an infant on a schedule that early. Closer to five—six months you can work on that.

Works great. The only thing is, I’m still dream feeding and my baby’s is almost 15 months old. Everyone’s experience and needs are different. I can function well with disrupted and little sleep. If I don’t give her the breast she screams and cries. It won’t be long and I will be trying to wean her. But dream feeding saved both of us in the beginning. Good luck!

We dreamfed. We played every night by ear.
You cant put a newborn on a schedule.
