Miscarriage?

I’ve been spotting since the 20th of April and the blood gets brighter by the day with severe cramps.
My period was suppose to come 18-26 (according to the app,also have irregular cycle)
I did a clear blue test ,it’s positive.
What do u guys think ?
(Making an appointment today)
Update : ruled out to be a miscarriage 😔-May 1st

I had the same and went to the ER . They told  me I was still pregnant but I was bleeding heavily and clotting. I have to do a follow up and 
Wait  to see if my HCG level drop or rise  ?

I was 12 weeks + and started bleeding last Tuesday I was very sick and weak and saw blood only when I wiped. Last night I just felt this gosh and I just started bleeding like dropping blood every where and then my baby came down. Seeing his little hands and feet just have me broken. He would of been my 4th baby boy and his father 1st son. Don't no how to cover the pic so would not post it. I hope u feel better u will b in my prayers.

My friend that was pregnant had a hematoma on her uterus which is like a blood blister type ofnthing that ruptured and was causing bleeding. She had it forna while but delivered a full term perfectly healthy beautiful baby boy

Try not to pick up anything heavy.  I hope the best for u. It's hard to tell without a blood test and ultrasound

Been bleeding for a week now. It started out as light spotting and now it’s heavier and super red just like when I’m on my period. I rushed to the doctor yesterday and I did a blood test so I’m awaiting the result. I’m five weeks and 6 days and this is my very first pregnancy. I think I’m having a miscarriage and it’s so heartbreaking.😔😔

Your test will still come out positive for a few weeks after You have a miscarriage because pregnancy test or measuring out the HGC levels. Those take a little while to go down. I would say you might be having a sub chronicle hemorrhage like I did, but you’re saying you’re cramping as well so I would be concerned and possibly go to the ER if I were you. Mine looked like that when j miscarried at 6 weeks and I was still getting a positive test.
