I'm at a loss as to what is going on. I already have 2 kids. So this isn't new to me. But I'm so unsure. So I got the Paragard inserted March 11 and Bled from March 11- April 1. After the first 12 days of intense heavy bleeding I got it removed. And still bled afterwards. I stopped for a few days and then bled some more and passed big blood clots April 7-9. Lots of cramping and gas and huge clots. (My OBGYN gave me an ultrasound before having it removed and seen the clotting prior). And I stopped bleeding for a few more days and then I Spotted April 11-14. With gas, cramps, and cervical mucus off and on for the whole month. Then me and my husband had unprotected Sex April 15 and got caught up in the moment and didn't pull out. I had cramps April 20 and CM. Then today April 26 I lightly spotted dark red blood with cramping off and on the last week. My stomach sometimes feel sore on the inside and randomly cramp. More gas than usual for me. With not knowing when I ovulated it's hard to tell. I'm wondering if the spotting today was implantation bleeding. I've tested everyday for the last week and they've all been negative. Something inside me feels like I just might be pregnant
