Bad headache, 17 weeks

This may sound silly but I’m a first time mom so I just need advice 🙃

I’ve had this really bad headache since yesterday. I didn’t take anything for it since I thought it would just go away on it’s own. I mostly stayed in bed and went to sleep early buuut then I woke up this morning and I still have it. I took one Tylenol this morning since it’s still here and hurts 🙄

I don’t normally get headaches, especially not ones this bad, so I am fine without taking medication for it. They usually just go away on their own.

I may sound silly but do i need to call my doctor because I still have a headache? I’m not supposed to go back until 5/15
