Tilted Uterus

I had a MC in May at 12 weeks. Prior to that I never heard baby's heartbeat. Doc & nurses said its bc I was early on in pregnancy & I have a tilted uterus, making it harder to find heartbeat.

I'm just got my BFP yesterday & am so excited. I'm wondering if anyone else had a baby with a tilted uterus & if so when did you hear the heartbeat?? Was you pregnancy normal? TIA
