Not ovulating !!!

Tiara • I`m 21 years old my boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years and working on #TCT 1 ! So throw a little baby dust !
Okay I think I found out the problem why I haven't gotten pregnant , I'm not ovulating ! 😔 I took two test and they was negative and I'm in my ovulation Period ! Any suggestions on what I can do or take to start ovulating ?
