Wakes up every hour 😭

My daughter cosleeps with me and will only fall asleep if she is nursing. And she has to be laying on top of me. She used to fall asleep really fast and I could roll her over. Now it takes forever and she wakes up as soon as I roll her over or try to leave during her naps. At night she wakes up every hour and needs to nurse to go back to sleep. The last couple nights it's been every 30 min. I feel like this cant be good for her and i have never felt so sleep deprived in my life. Has anyone else transitioned to a crib without letting them cry it out when they are already a year old? She also has never been the type to get "drowsy" like when people always said "just put them down when they are drowsy, that would never happen, she never stops or slows down.
