How can I get from top to bottom :)  
Without a professional. 
Hair bleached once.  Still very soft and undamaged.  
I was thinking about bleaching one more time, not the roots and then toning...

Also look up brad mondo and watch some of his videos first. It’s pretty entertaining but he does throw out a lot of good tips and tricks while watching at home bleaching fails.

Try doing a bleach bath instead. Don’t bleach your already bleached hair! A bleach bath is basically just mixing bleach in with your shampoo, shampooing your hair for 5-10 mins and rinsing it out. Follow with your toner and see if that helps. Bleaching already bleached hair is very risky business even if there wasn’t a lot of damage the first time.

You can bleach with 10 or 20 developer and just don’t leave it on long. Then tone for sure
