Please Help

These taken this morning at 8:30am. But at the same time when I wiped I had red spotting. I’m around 16 dpo. Shouldn’t line be darker? Could this be a chemical because I’m spotting. I spotted last Thursday but it was more CM with a streak of blood and now it’s RED. Has this happened to anyone???
