Early signs of pregnancy

Hi, I am new to this - but I am so confused according to the app I ovulated on Sunday and I have woke up the next day to a yeast infection (sorry tmi) and I am sure it is too early to know as my period is due in 13 or so days.

I had a mc in January at 5 weeks and the only reason I found out I was pregnant then was when I realised what I thought was a yeast infection and took a test before taking medication for it turned out I was pregnant - I have had 3 periods since. Could it be that I am pregnant again and the yeast infection is back because of that? Has anyone else ever experienced this? I never have had issues like this before a part from my first pregnancy which ended in the mc. I am also experiencing nausea and my breast feel funny too almost like they do before my period.
