Should I move on!?!

Hello ladies, 
I've been really struggling with this situation for a while. I have been with my fiancée for 12 years. We fell madly I love and have been inseparable ever since. We we so happy to talk about our future - marriage, home, kids etc. so we have been engaged for 5 years. He proposed just before I went back to school and we planned to get married afterwards. Well school I've been out of school and working for 4 years now. He has no desire to get married or plan a wedding now. Everytime I bring it up he just says "" ohh, we are already married" we do live together just renting for now as its way to expensive to buy in our area. I bring up having a baby and he shuts the idea down. Saying not right now. Would rather have our own house. I'm gonna be 31 in July and he will be 36 in September
We aren't spring chickens and time is clicking and he just seems to have have no desire?! What the hell should I do!? Please help!

Have an open, honest conversation and lay all the cards out. If he shuts you down or makes excuses ..it may be time to go.

I personally would have a serious conversation with him about it.  I’d ask him when he sees you guys getting married and having kids and also let him know when you want to be as well and that it is important to you.  Don’t settle though with someone who will never fully commit or keeps on putting it off because it will make you resent him as well.  Truthfully if you don’t agree on marriage and kids it’s a big deal and not something that you can change his mind on and if you’re not willing to give them up then better to find out now rather than later.  If he has some reason or needs help you might want to see a couples counselor to help facilitate the conversation as well so that he can open up to you and vice versa.

I think it's time that you guys sit down and have a serious conversation about the path your relationship is taking and see if what you're going to want or need out of the relationship is why he is going to want or need out of the relationship. If your views don't line up then it would be time to cut your losses and move on to someone who is looking for things like getting married and having children. 12 years is a long time to be committed to someone without the legal commitment. If in 12 years he's still not ready to marry you then to be honest I don't think he's ever going to be ready.

Absolutely agree that it's time to have a conversation with all the cards on the table. If your life views don't match up, it may be time to cut the loss and move on.
