First cycle using a cup! Question tho...

I’m really excited and so far it’s going really well! I have a quick question though, this morning I could feel cramping and went ahead and put the cup in just so I wouldn’t have to deal with it when I started bleeding. Then I emptied it and everything fine. BUT I noticed that I was “leaking” the next time. Its not actually leaking because the cup was filled with blood and sealed perfectly fine but rather the “leftover” blood that was already in my vagina when I emptied the cup last time. How do I deal with this? (If this doesn’t make sense let me know and I’ll try to clarify😂)
