Low carb meal plan for PCOS?

Any recommendations or meal plans to fallow... Low carb.

I’m not sure if you’re trying to lose weight or just maintaining weight for your PCOS. But whenever I was losing weight with my PCOS I ate chicken (or any meat) with vegetables and for breakfast I’d eat oatmeal and a banana and nuts. Not really low carb but I was told to stay away from high carb fruits or any sugar with PCOS. I still ate fruit but I ate lower carb fruit everyday and ate others periodically.

Keto was the only low carb that worked for me. Regular low carb left me hungry and unable to stick with it but adding healthy fats helped and fats actually are great as they slow down the insulin response of your body so it stays level.
If you don't want to count carbs or macros this helped me. Nothing grown underground, no grains or refined sugars, and nix all fruit. Berries are fine in moderation. Up all dark leafy greens and eat foods rich in fiber and healthy fat ( Nuts, fish, ect).
